You can help ensure the excellence of your Monarch vacation by doing some advance planning.

Special Requests

If you have special villa requests, place them on-line by responding to the Vacation Experience Planner that you will be emailed to you before your arrival. However, if we don't have your email address, we can't send you the Planner, so you will need to call Owner Services (800-845-4226) with special requests at least two weeks prior to arrival. The MVCI team will try their best to meet your requests, although it will not always be possible for them to do so.

What To Bring?

Trying to pack? Here are a few suggestions for what to bring with you to make your stay as perfect as possible.

       ►Ice (Since Housekeeping cleans out the freezer before each new arrival, by Saturday evening your icemaker may have not yet recovered with an adequate supply.)
       ►Condiments (e.g. salt, pepper, spices, sugar)
       ►Kitchen staples (e.g. cooking oil, mayo, butter)
       ►Wraps (foil, plastic)
       ►Extra dishwasher detergent and dishwashing liquid
       ►Extra coffee filters
       ►Paper plates and disposable cups for between-meal needs, to reduce your chore time on vacation!
       ►Laundry detergent
       ►Personal toiletries
       ►Beach towels (The supplied pool towels may not be large enough for beach lounging and are not replaced during the week)
       ►Sunscreen (of course) plus insect repellent if you plan to visit any of the nature preserves

FlutterBuys is Monarch's convenient "store" off the lobby, which carries many of the items you may need during your stay. Extra Assistance
Upon arrival, please notify the front desk if you require assistive devices (toilet seat extender &/or shower seat), additional place settings of tableware, or daily housekeeping service (available for an additional charge).
