Security
• Monarch has 24/7 security
• Barrier arms at the entrance to our parking lot were installed to allow us to eliminate trespassing by non-Monarch cars
• On high volume check-in days (Friday - Sunday) the gate house attendant is on duty to validate arrivals. At other times the entry gate arm will allow access only to registered owners and guests.
• 4 gates between the villas and 2 additional gates at the beach exits are all outfitted with RFID key readers, which Monarch occupants can open with their villa keys.
• A full-time pool attendant ensures all pool users are Monarch owners and guests.
