ATTENTION OWNERS: Check your emails and your mailboxes!

Dear Owners:

We are thrilled to share with you the steps we are taking to ensure the longevity of our Monarch timeshare! As has been communicated over the past two years, our current governing documents contain language which has become outdated and puts our timeshare at risk. We are now able to share the multi-step process required to resolve these issues:

1. On June 13 a communication will be distributed to all owners requesting you to complete a Certificate of Voting (COV). If you have provided an email address to the management company, the communication will come to you via email from Marriott Vacation Club. If you have not provided an email address, the communication will be delivered via USPS. The requirements for the COV are explained in the letter. Please review and respond to this communication as quickly as possible.

2. During our annual meeting in October, we are asking to take a vote on two topics:

   a. Voting to remove the 2042 termination language currently in the governing documents

   b. Voting to update the governing documents to bring them current with timeshare standards. We will share this information with you as soon as it has been finalized.

The first step is for all owners with specified ownership profiles to complete and submit the COV.
