ABOUT THIS SITE
This website has been established by the Board of Directors for the owners association of the Monarch at Sea Pines resort on Hilton Head Island.
The purpose of this website is to enable the Monarch Board of Directors to communicate with owners about current topics of interest.

NEW PARKING POLICY
Parking on the Monarch property is limited to one owner reservation parking pass per villa, which entitles the occupant to a “Primary” parking spot (adjacent to the buildings). Registered occupants bringing a second vehicle must park offsite at Sea Pines’ Lot 1, located off Greenwood Drive.

Villa Refurbishment Project
The adventure began as the refurbishment got underway in the Azalea (3800) in late November 2024 and Dogwood (3600) in January 2025.
