The Monarch Board of Directors and its Communications Committee oversee all website content, including the Marketplace Listings page.
Over the past several years, this page has been increasingly targeted by scammers. Despite our efforts, the volume and sophistication of these scams have grown to a point where we can no longer adequately protect owners who use the page. Because of this, we will be removing the Marketplace Listings page from the website effective January 31, 2026.
While the Board cannot provide a secure listing environment on our own platform, there are reputable third-party websites and services dedicated to facilitating timeshare rentals and resales with stronger fraud-prevention measures. We encourage you to explore those options when you wish to extend your stay at Monarch, purchase additional time, or list your unit.
The Monarch Owners’ Website will continue to be your go-to source for information about our property and the many ways to enjoy your time at Monarch. We appreciate your understanding as we take this step to protect our ownership community.
